Collaborating with local farmers and cooperatives on sustainable crop production (including coffee, maize, and horticulture).

Introducing modern agricultural techniques and inputs, including irrigation systems and mechanized farming solutions.

Developing agro-processing initiatives for value addition and export readiness.

 

2. Machinery & Equipment

- Importing, leasing, and servicing agricultural and construction machinery tailored to local terrain and needs.

- Providing training and technical support to local operators and institutions.

 

3. Construction & Infrastructure

- Delivering mid- to large-scale construction projects in residential, industrial, and agro-industrial zones.

- Partnering with municipalities and developers to enhance urban and rural infrastructure.

 

4. Food & Beverage Distribution

- Introducing select FMCG products into Kenyan retail and wholesale markets.

- Exploring local manufacturing opportunities to support long-term supply chain resilience.
